The fourth room - the stock-room with materials

New exposition of Czech Pharmaceutical Museum
Since 9th June 2001 CPM extended the recent exposition by this room.

The CPM extended the recent exposition by other spaces in 2001. The fourth room - the stock-room with materials - shows several medicaments of a vegetable, animal (e.g. mummies, crayfish eyes and claws, cockroaches, centipedes, Spanish midges, goat’s blood etc.), mineral and chemical origin, and also for example a lockable cupboard with medicines with very strong effects - venenes. The fourth room also shows several spacious dispensers for large volumes of raw healing materials, e.g. barrels, metal, paperboard, stoneware, glass and wooden boxes and small boxes of several shapes, chipboard vessels or a chest for packaging material - paper bags. A decimal balance at the end of the room is in fact the beginning of the exhibition line of production devices that continues in the next room.
